Flexibility- needle

This class focuses on building the strength, mobility, and balance needed to achieve a beautiful Needle pose. You'll work through active flexibility drills, deep hamstring and back stretches, and core engagement exercises to safely deepen your extension. Expect a combination of PNF stretching, dynamic mobility work, and strength drills to improve both flexibility and control. Perfect for all levels, this session will help you progress toward a strong and graceful Needle pose!
