About Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Yahel, and my journey with movement started in 2018, where I turned to yoga to ease back pain and mental stress. What began as simple stretching and breathwork soon became my daily escape and greatest passion. After a year, I immersed myself in different yoga styles—Ashtanga, Rocket, Dharma, Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha—but it was Rocket Yoga that truly captured me. The dynamic, playful sequences and focus on strength, flexibility, and inversions pushed me beyond my limits and helped me embrace challenges with curiosity.

My love for practice soon turned into a love for teaching, leading me to multiple yoga, flexibility, and pilates certifications. With a deep focus on strength (especially shoulders and core), mobility, and proper flexibility techniques, I blend elements from Rocket, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, pilates and flexibility trainings into every class. My teaching style is dynamic, challenging, and fun, encouraging you to explore your body’s potential while enjoying the process. I believe in moving with intention, playing with movement, and always leaving space for laughter on the mat. Let’s move together! 😊
